New Online Courses Released:

NMserves Volunteer Orientation Online Course

Released: August 24, 2009

This course will introduce learners to NMserves, New Mexico’s statewide registry of volunteers who are available to assist in the event of a public health emergency. It also provides information about NMserves and the concepts of volunteering. Course participants will include volunteers who have enrolled in the registry, as well as those who are considering becoming a member of NMserves.  NMserves does not accept state employees as volunteers. State employees are considered resources of the state and those resources will be coordinated in accordance with state needs in the event of an emergency.
